Darkest Tale of Love

Being a literature student (Hindi and English) , I had been fortunate to read many books through many genre. In English, a novel had been imprinted in my heart forever. It was a part of my English Honor's syllabus. It is Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte.
I tell you 3 reasons why its my Most Favorite.

1. It is a romantic novel which brings forth the darkest sides of both the protagonists.

2. Cathy's character is very intricate. It unfolds unexpectedly and proves to be amazingly truthful. One can say, that if Elizabeth (Pride and Prejudice) is the 30% icebreg above water, Cathy is 70% iceberg below the water. She has an irresistible drive within her which puts her into contrasts.

3. You might have heard of Soulmates, this novel in a very earthy sense, is a story of such a couple, who are truly Soulmates. Apart from this, the novel becomes a kind of mystery since it is the only book by Emily , she had died after writing this. Being the only book , it still remains at the top of Victorian Novels.

Among Hindi novels, well, it is difficult to choose among so many of them. As of now,
Godan by Premchand is one my favorites. There might be a misconception about Godan that it is a story of Farmers, but I must tell you that it is not just a a story of Village and Farmers. If you are an active reader, you might read it with as many point of views as you like. Recently I discovered a minor character Govindi and her Feminist views in the novel. So it is basically an Immortal Indian Saga, which is still very relevant after 80 years and will remain being the same.

I just Love Reading and Love Sharing , Thank you IndiSpire for inspiring editions.

Blogging is synonymous with Living

What inspired you to start blogging ? How is your experience in this blogging world. What have you achieved through it.. #inspiredtoblog

In reply to this -

I was in Banasthali then. A women university ,where mobiles, laptops are strictly restricted. We used to surf internet (limited sites) in a lab. In a quite environment of Banasthali, I had made a blog, in order to connect to the rest of the world, and see where I stand in context of my writings. And frankly, I used to write childish stuff, I was hardly 17 by then.

My first blog - Just Believe , is a treasure for me. It contains my most early writings, poems to the series called P.S. I love you, the characters like Jeanie and S.J. and comments of Anonymous.

Through this blog I met wonderful people , some of them are only a memory while others are still my friends. And through this blog , I became a character of a story.

Its crazy but yes, I became Jeanie, who meets different men at different times through her blogs and develop different kind of relationships with them which are neither friendship nor more than that but just something between them like light than air. This ended on an accident which frozens Jeanie and Anonymous coz anonymous can never become a real character of Jeanie's story.

I know I am talking crap but I want to tell you that the Blog gave me much more than it could give a writer. I lived here more than a writer really. Here I was , I am,  only ME.

This journey has not ended yet, in fact each day it feels like it has begun now. From world's hustle-bustle, I find here peace, creative energy, and postivity. I truly love blogging ! It has become an integral part of Myself.
